Evolve Therapy Chicago accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, as well as electronic transfers via Venmo. To help you stay focused on your personal growth, payments are due at each session and handled through our encrypted, HIPAA-compliant portal, ensuring your private information remains fully protected.

Evolve Therapy Chicago is currently in-network with several major insurance plans, including Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, UnitedHealth Care UHC | UBH | Optum, & Cigna and Evernorth. Please contact us to confirm your specific plan's coverage details before your first session.

We aim to make the financial aspect of therapy as transparent and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on your healing journey.
Out-of-Network Care
If we are not in-network with your provider, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. We can provide a monthly statement called a 'Superbill' for you to submit to your insurance company. Many clients receive 60-80% of costs back for out-of-network benefits.
